Hello! I’m Jennifer.

It’s nice to meet you! I’m a storyteller with nearly 20 years of corporate communications and marketing experience with heavy hitters in the government, non-profit, healthcare, finance, and hospitality industries. Along the way, I discovered my passion for honest, genuine outreach: whether it’s helping a senior executive effectively connect with her global team or launching an interactive digital community or breaking down complex concepts into accessible messages.

Prior to launching my independent consulting business, I supported employer brand and communications at Marriott International, leading Global Finance outreach and engagement. Previously, I focused on corporate communications and employee initiatives at Freddie Mac. I spent eight years as a government consultant with DAI and ICF International for the Departments of Defense, State and Veterans Affairs. I also worked for three years at Zeno Group managing healthcare PR for pharmaceutical and non-profit clients.

I was born to collaborate and love nothing more than brainstorming communications and marketing strategies that not only get people talking, but get them moving too. As an extrovert, it’s my MO to draw out what’s most important to clients, what’s critical to key audiences, and right-size a plan that brings results you can brag about.

I’m a DMV lifer, with the sports memorabilia to prove it. After graduating from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, I crossed the river and now live in Virginia with my husband and three (!) rambunctious boys. In my off-hours, I can usually be found renovating my house, tackling my unruly garden and day-tripping to wine country in search of the perfect Pinot Noir.
